Update for projects with locations in China

为确保WELL认证和WELL评价的全部流程及对应的证书符合《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》、《认证机构管理办法》、《认证证书和认证标志管理办法》相关规定。以推动WELL认证被更多利益相关方采信，扩大WELL认证在中国市场的应用，为用户创造更大价值。
2024年6月1日起，国际WELL建筑研究院（International WELL Building Institution，简称 IWBI）授权：仅经中国国家市场监管总局批准的，具备WELL审核与认证资质的第三方认证机构为中国境内参与WELL认证 (WELL Certification)、WELL评价准则(WELL Rating)、WELL健康住宅计划 (WELL for Residential) 以及WELL规模计划 (WELL at Scale)的项目提供审核和认证以及颁发证书。具体注册和认证事宜请登录：http://www.asia-wellcertified.com 。对于中国地区审核和认证机构调整的相关问题，可与IWBI中国团队取得联系，发送邮件至：china.coaching@wellcertified.com

Beginning June 1, 2024, the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) authorizes the qualified third-party certification body approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation of China to implement the WELL certification and reviews for projects located in China Mainland that participate in WELL Certification, WELL Rating, WELL for Residential and WELL at Scale projects. This update is to align the process and corresponding certificates of the WELL Certification and WELL Rating programs with the relevant provisions of the Certification and Accreditation Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Management Measures for Certification Institutions, and the Management Measures for Certification Certificates and Certification Marks and to promote the acceptance of WELL certification by more stakeholders, expand the application of WELL certification in the China market, and create greater value for end users in the region.
