In order for a society to truly thrive, institutions must accept shared responsibilities for the health and well-being of all its members. Government institutions such as local municipalities and agencies can lead their workforces and constituents in co-creating people first places and spaces. Making advances and connecting the dots requires a radical transformation of our physical and social environments, especially in low income and historically marginalized communities. Join IWBI’s Health Equity Advisory Co-Chairs and municipality, sector and agency leaders as they share the blueprints for how they seek to consciously address health disparities in their zip codes.

As we recognize Juneteenth liberation, IWBI continues to elevate justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion as we build power of place for all.
