The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and Built have partnered up together for this exclusive tour of the Built Headquarters at the award-winning SubStation No.164.
SubStation No.164 has emerged as one of the city’s most unique commercial office environments, and we’d like to give you the opportunity to come see and experience this special space in person with this 45 minute tour led by IWBI’s Devan Valenti and Built’s Jaslyn Brown.
The 7867-square-metre boutique office tower incorporates the restored and refurbished heritage-listed Shelley Warehouse and the adjoining former electrical substation, with a new seven-storey glass extension uniting them. The project includes 440 square metres of ground-floor retail and the former substation’s industrial machine hall with its vast 12-metre ceiling.
