The pandemic has elevated the importance of health and well-being in the workplace. What do employees need to manage stress and burnout? How will they feel safe coming back into the office? If companies have invested in the health and well-being of their employees, how can they measure, track and report on the outcomes of their investment?
Despite evidence that companies that invest in the health and well-being of their employees have been shown to experience lower turnover and burnout, as well as greater productivity and engagement, many companies struggle to know how to measure and track health and well-being across their organization. One underlying reason? Current standards and benchmarks tend to focus on individual metrics on disease and injury instead of using a systemic approach that identifies the key upstream drivers that impact health, well-being and performance.
Join us for an introduction of the 12 Competencies for Measuring Health and Well-being for Human and Social Capital. Developed by IWBI’s Research Team in partnership with global research advisors and survey providers, the 12 Competencies provide:
- A holistic framework that shows how to measure and track health and well-being across multiple scales of an organization
- Reporting categories that are simple enough to be benchmarked and integrated into existing platforms but customizable
- A comprehensive roadmap that identifies what to measure and when and track over time
The webcast on April 7 at 12 p.m. ET will introduce the 12 Competencies, discuss key benefits and possible uses, and include an extended Q and A to help audience members understand why the tool can help their organization and how they can get started.
