The pandemic has brought longer working hours for many employees and increased scrutiny on work-life balance, toxic workplaces, and quality of life.
Simultaneously, companies are under pressure to both increase their transparency and reporting on human and social capital and convince their employees that it is safe and desirable to come back to the office.
To make matters more complicated, definitions of a ‘healthy’ workplace vary considerably. They often focus on either the indoor environment (such as good air quality) or workplace organizational culture (such as policies to increase engagement and productivity), but rarely do they take a holistic, multi-scaled approach. This has led to a lack of consistency and agreement on how to define and measure outcomes, making it difficult for companies to know where to start.
Join our panel of experts on Thursday, March 10 at 12 p.m. ET to discuss strategies to track health across different levels in the workplace. Using real-world case studies and global data, this session will explore factors that can help lead to a thriving workplace, the relationship between burning, thriving, performance, and creativity, and ways to understand, measure, and track thriving across an organization.
