Works with WELL Application Form

Organizations must complete one application form per product group seeking a license within a review cycle. Once the organization selects the product type associated with the specific product group, the form will automatically populate the corresponding compatible features and application questions. Organizations must answer all mandatory questions and may answer optional questions related to the feature part(s) it wants to pursue alignment for.
