WELL Performance Testing Provider Agreement

This agreement establishes terms and conditions for organizations to be recognized as a “WELL Performance Testing Provider”, as well as eligibility to provide services to customers pursuing designations under the WELL Building Standard™. This may include testing services in support of WELL Certification or a WELL rating, such as the WELL Performance Rating.
