This submittal form works in tandem with the LEED + WELL Crosswalk and communicates to the review team where project teams have opted to use a compliance path for either rating system and the selected path. This pathway is for LEED v2 and WELL BD&C v4 or v4.1 projects. In a few cases, the LEED v4.1 version of the credit must be used. All LEED v4 projects can use LEED v4.1 versions of the credit through LEED credit substitution.
