IWBI issues response to the invasion of Ukraine

Alongside our global community, the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) expresses its strong support of Ukraine following Russia’s unprovoked invasion. We are deeply troubled and concerned about the intensification of violence, indiscriminate attacks and the increasing harm and suffering this is causing the people of Ukraine.

This senseless invasion is antithetical to our core belief that health is a human right and our fundamental conviction that all people should be treated with dignity, respect and compassion.

In order to contribute to the support efforts, we have made a donation to an organization helping on the ground. They have more than 600 people in Ukraine supporting hospitals with emergency equipment and preparedness, helping civilians evacuate safely and providing other emergency assistance.  As an organization committed to putting our values into action, we stand with Ukraine and will continue to support its people in the days and months to come.
