Wu Xiaotian

Xiaotian Wu is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at IWBI China. International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI) is a public benefit corporation with a mission to improve human health and well-being through the built environment. IWBI administers the WELL Building Standard® (WELL), the world’s first building standard focused exclusively on human health and wellness. The WELL building certification program is an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring the performance of building features and other aspects of the built environments that impact the health and well-being of the people in the spaces we create.

Xiaotian has very solid experience in marketing and brand management, public relationship and communications, focusing on the integration of human health and wellbeing with building environments and sustainable development. Prior to joining IWBI, Xiaotian worked at Sino Ocean Group as a branding manager, and had participated in her marketing capacity in the whole process of WELL projects from pre-registration research to final certification.

Xiaotian holds an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Bristol, UK. She passionately infuses her marketing and communication expertise with her work to promote healthy building practice and sustainable development.
