Senior Manager, Partnerships and Events

As the Senior Manager of IWBI Partnership & Events, Victoria is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of global events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver impactful outcomes. This role involves working closely with global teams to localize and scale event strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and partnering with content teams to develop compelling programming and activations. The manager will also oversee all operational aspects, from vendor management and logistics to budgeting and performance tracking, ensuring seamless event execution and continuous optimization of event strategies.

In her free time, you can find Victoria at yoga or spin class, testing out a new healthy recipe or checking off a new country from her bucket list.
