Sian Welch

Senior Director, Head of Commercial Strategy, Partnerships and Events

Sian leads content and channel strategy for the International WELL Building Institute. As Senior Director, Sian oversees the creation of high-impact, thought-provoking content and ensures its strategic placement to drive engagement with our mission to promote people-first places.

Prior to working at WELL, Sian spent eight years working at the University of Cambridge in a variety of product, brand, and key partnership roles. Most recently, Sian led the roll out of a new executive education program for the University that was focused on developing short online courses for professionals in emerging areas of science and technology.

Originally from the U.K, Sian moved to New York in 2019 and now lives in Brooklyn. Sian makes wellness a part of her daily life by taking regular walks around Prospect Park with her rescue dog.
