Miranda Brazeal, Ph.D.
Senior Manager, Standard Development
Miranda serves as Senior Manager, Standard Development, where she translates scientific research into practice to support the evolution and implementation of WELL strategies. In her role, she provides technical review support and collaborates cross-functionally to guide project teams in advancing health-focused design and performance outcomes.
Miranda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Public Health and a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences. Before joining IWBI, she managed a Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program and conducted primary research examining environmental exposures within the home and their impacts on health outcomes. Her work has consistently focused on bridging science and real-world application to protect and promote public health.
Driven by a belief that healthier environments should be accessible to all, Miranda is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to make meaningful changes, particularly within the home, that can significantly improve well-being. Through her work at IWBI, she continues to advance evidence-based solutions that support healthier spaces where people live, work, learn and thrive.
