Julia Keim

Julia serves as a Manager on the Product and Programs team at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). She is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the coordination of Performance Verification activities across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions, managing Performance Testing Providers, and ensuring the seamless execution of rating reviews. She prioritizes operational excellence, process improvement, and collaboration across teams to support the WELL Certification and Ratings ecosystems.
Prior to IWBI, Julia completed a BA in International Studies, Global Health and Environment, from the University of Michigan and an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she researched how city-level urban planning policies have the potential to shape the mental health of residents.
