Junior Associate, IWBI China
Haoge Sun is a Junior Associate of Market Solutions at IWIB Asia, focusing on Eastern Asia. International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI) is a public benefit corporation with a mission to improve human health and well-being through the built environment. IWBI administers the WELL Building Standard® (WELL), the world’s first building standard focused exclusively on human health and wellness. The WELL building certification program is an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring the performance of building features and other aspects of the built environments that impact the health and well-being of the people in the spaces we create.
As a Junior Associate based in Shanghai, her work in IWBI (Asia) focuses on technical support for Asian clients and projects. She supports project teams through delivering technical solutions across WELL’s health-based concept areas and evaluates international and local codes, standards and regulations to support successful localization of WELL. Also, she also supports the development of resources and participates in WELL events for market promotion.
Before joining IWBI, Haoge worked as a sustainability consultant with more than 3 years of experience in healthy and green building industry. She has worked on many projects and is familiar with GBL, LEED, WELL, sponge city design, regional planning and design. She also has experience in the use of digital simulation tools and in health and well-being assessment, research and analysis.
Haoge received her master degree of Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings at University College London, UK, in 2019. She is also a WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C.
