Gianna Kemp

Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Gianna brings to the International WELL Building Institute extensive Fortune 50 and start-up/growth phase business experience identifying, implementing and executing best and next practice programs and processes. With a focus on human capital and a strong customer orientation, Gianna has built relationships with leaders to understand business objectives in order to identify and implement strategic initiatives that positively impact productivity while also enhancing the bottom line. Prior to joining the company, Gianna was a trusted business partner in organizations such as Johnson & Johnson as well as within the Walgreens Family of Companies. Most recently, she worked closely with business leaders at Take Care Health Employer Solutions, the nation’s premier provider of employer-based health solutions designed to build a healthier, more productive workforce. Gianna lives in suburban Philadelphia and is a certified professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management as well as a member of World at Work. A life-long learner, she did her undergraduate work at DeSales University and continues to pursue advanced business certifications in HR, business and project management at Villanova University.
