Gabriella DeConti

Gabriella DeConti serves as Channel Management Associate on the Marketing Team at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). She holds previous experience in Marketing and Communications in both environmental and business strategy consulting industries. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Government from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

Gabriella enjoys bringing her passion for creativity, sustainability and human-centered design to her role at IWBI. Prior to joining the team, she supported a charitable trust with donor cultivation objectives, assisting their team with data entry, communications, and data management. Her previous roles also include supporting external communication efforts for the Trustees of the high-profile Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment settlement.

Inspired heavily by her favorite poet, Mary Oliver, and her favorite children’s book, Ms. Rumphius, Gabriella uses her love for the natural world to fuel her work indoors, advocating for healthier buildings as a member of the growing WELL global community. Throughout her career, she has been exposed to rigorous data and research that illustrates the critical roles that indoor and outdoor environments play in supporting the health of both people and planet.

She stays well by taking occasional walking meetings and connecting with NYC-area colleagues as much as possible. She is also a sewer, crafter, and avid cook.
