Eden Gardner

Senior Analyst, Client Success

Eden Gardner serves as a Senior Analyst for Client Success, where he drives the strategic vision and execution of market development across the Americas, with a specialized focus on data analysis, client growth and global team coordination. In addition to supporting clients with external reporting efforts, Eden oversees targeted outreach campaigns and collaborates cross-regionally to streamline IWBI’s internal processes, develop robust enablement materials and analyze global developments in social sustainability.

With a background in environmental economics and law, Eden is passionate about scaling organizational wellness solutions and driving data-backed growth strategies.

Eden currently serves on the board of the Brooklyn Queens Land Trust, whose mission is to ensure the conservation and preservation of open space in perpetuity, across the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens. Eden holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

Eden practices wellness by maintaining an active lifestyle through rugby, mountain sports and cycling around New York City.
