Dana Chaby

Senior Manager Customer Support

Dana is the Senior Manager of Customer Support at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where she oversees a global network of customer service partners, including IWBI’s internal support team, who collectively support the suite of WELL programs. In her role, she leads with purpose and champions the organization’s customer service ethos—creating experiences that are positive and reassuring for customers and partners around the world.

A seasoned customer support leader and startup veteran, Dana brings over a decade of experience to her work, including launching a greenfield customer support operation and building high-performing teams from the ground up. She is known for cultivating a people-first culture grounded in empathy, integrity and curiosity where support teams feel inspired, empowered, and deeply connected to the mission.

Before joining IWBI, she held leadership roles in the software industry, further expanding her expertise in customer-centric operations within fast-paced, innovative environments. Dana is passionate about people—whether it’s customers, teammates, or the communities being served. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware.

Residing in a coastal beach town, Dana maintains her own wellness through regular exercise, home cooking, and watching the sunrise over the ocean embodying the very principles IWBI stands for.
