Charlotte Caldwell

Associate, Events & Partnerships

Charlotte is an Associate on the Events & Partnerships team at IWBI, organizing IWBI’s thematic summits and supporting the execution of the WELL 2025 Global Event Series. She started at IWBI as an intern in 2021, working on the Equity, Engagement & Events team to bring to life IWBI’s largest events, including the WELL Summits 2022 and 2023 and the WELL Conference in 2024. Charlotte also supported the launch of the WELL Equity Rating and worked on the rating’s evolution, convening a working group to incorporate design features that address the needs of people who are neurodivergent.

Prior to working at IWBI, Charlotte held internships at the German Marshall Fund of the US and the Wilson Center in Washington, DC. She graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in International Relations and Sustainable Development and speaks fluent German.

In her free time, Charlotte enjoys cooking, biking, Pilates, and travelling. She is passionate about equity and sustainability and hopes to create a more just and healthy world for all through her work at IWBI.
