Carly Trattner

Senior Analyst, Partnerships and Events

Carly Trattner serves as a Senior Analyst on the Partnerships and Events team, where she supports the Works with WELL program and the development of strategic collaborations that advance IWBI’s mission. In her role, Carly manages partner onboarding, product alignment reviews and event activations designed to deepen engagement across IWBI’s growing ecosystem.

With a background in public health, sustainability and building performance standards, Carly brings experience in research, marketing and stakeholder engagement to her work. She previously served on IWBI’s Standard Development team, contributing to the evolution of the WELL Standard through technical research, feature updates and advisory collaboration across public health concepts.

Carly also brings a deep understanding of indoor air quality and the human impacts of the built environment, shaped by both her professional research and her personal lived experience with sick building syndrome. These insights fuel her passion for creating spaces that support health, comfort and well-being for all. Carly earned her Master of Public Health in Urban Health and Environmental Studies from Drexel University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

She practices wellness by spending time outdoors, trying new workout classes, visiting local farmers’ markets and enjoying time with family and friends.
