Anita Snader

Manager, Partnerships

Anita Snader is the Manager, Partnerships, leading the evolution of the Works with WELL Program. She strengthens infrastructure, streamlines operations, and provides high-impact support to partners, scaling the program through process improvements and internal team alignment. Her role focuses on operational excellence and strategic account management, including complex onboarding, benefit delivery for high-value relationships, and platform refinement to maximize reach and value.

With a background in marketing, marketing research, and sustainability, Anita is passionate about integrating health and well-being into the built environment and beyond. Prior to IWBI, she championed sustainability at a prominent building products manufacturer. In that role, she spearheaded initiatives in sustainable materials management and transparency, circularity, carbon reduction, and also led industry advocacy efforts to advance sustainability universally.

Anita practices wellness by walking her dog, Jack, hiking, gardening, and enjoying healthy cooking with her husband, Jeff. She enjoys all things outdoors and the rolling farmland, scenic trails, and riverside views in Lancaster County, PA.
