Tim Habraken

Associate Director Sustainability

Tim is responsible for the integrated sustainability strategy of CBRE Netherlands. He advises clients on improving the performance of buildings, portfolios, organizations and processes in a broad range of projects, both strategically and operationally. Together with his team, Tim utilizes a transdisciplinary approach, in which he integrates sustainability, health and wellbeing, and smart building systems in new and existing buildings. Furthermore, he leads internal CBRE teams in the integration of sustainability in business practices.
Tim has been with CBRE since August 2015. With 15+ years of experience, he is a solution-driven subject matter expert in the field of sustainability in the built environment and has experience in both the Netherlands and abroad. He is a BREEAM-NL In-Use advisory board member, and founding consulting partner for the Blue Building Institute, advocating for healthy buildings in the Netherlands. In his integral approach, Tim uses a human sustainability strategy that provides added value in the economic, ecological and social areas.
