Oliver Pye

Oliver is experienced in providing sustainability (including health and wellbeing) advisory services to commercial real estate organisations of all sizes. He has particular expertise in the development and implementation of portfolio-wide sustainability (including health and wellbeing) strategy and reporting solutions. Specifically, his experience includes: delivering environmental management systems / sustainability strategies; managing building auditing / portfolio improvement programmes (covering energy/water, health and wellbeing etc.); set-up and management of sustainability data collection frameworks, reporting systems and producing corporate sustainability reports. He is a qualified Fitwel Assessor/Ambassador and has previously worked as a licenced BREEAM Assessor. He has deep knowledge of various sustainability reporting frameworks and initiatives, including EPRA, INREV, GRESB and GRI.
