Director

Kelly McCarthy is a Director at the GIIN, leading on delivering impact management standards for investors, including IRIS. In this role, she engages strategic partners, standards-setting bodies, and investors to define what it means to invest for impact. She is a frequent speaker about industry-level priorities for impact measurement and management for impact investors and leads the GIIN’s work with investors to promote and implement impact considerations in day-to-day investment management.

Kelly chairs and /or serves on several advisory committees for market-building impact measurement and management initiatives, including most recently the Impact Management Project network, Principles for Impact Management led by the IFC, World Economic Forum’s Accelerating Impact Measurement & Management effort, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Transparency & Data Charter. She was also the secretariat to the Impact Measurement Working Group of the Social Impact Investment Taskforce established by the G8.
