Grant Stevens

Grant previously worked at Hines Development, where he spent over 30 years executing the development of 22 million square feet of diverse real estate investments including commercial, retail, mixed use and residential. Grant’s professional experience has taken him to cities across America, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and India. He has an exceptional record of recruiting, training and managing multi-national teams that cultivated collaboration and respect for the best of all cultures.
Grant has channeled his passion for innovation in development through his involvement with Stanford University’s Collaboratory for Research on Global Projects and his commitment to developing the next generation of real estate leaders through guest lectures at Stanford and Georgia Institute of Technology.

Grant earned his BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah and his Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University.
