Frances Cabrera

Frances joined Barclays in 2011 as part of CRES’s global Environmental Center of Excellence. At Barclays she’s focused on green building operations for the firm’s office and datacenter portfolio. She leads the external building certification programs for the Americas with LEED projects across the US, Canada, and Brazil. Based in New York, she coordinates Barclays’ participation in the Mayor’s Carbon Challenge for its midtown headquarters and chairs the region’s cross-functional employee network on the environment.

Previously she ran the Americas ISO 14001 environmental management system for Canon USA. She’s a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Environmental Technology and Management and sits on their curriculum advisory board.
