Deepa Sathiaram

Executive Director

Deepa is a leading international sustainability, HVAC and wellness consultant working on over 500 million sft of green buildings and over 50 million sft of WELL buildings in India, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

She is a USGBC LEED Fellow, IGBC Fellow and an international recognized USGBC and WELL Faculty. She is fondly known as one of ""India’s Top 15 Nature’s Keepers” and has received many awards including USGBC Leadership Award-2018, IWBI Leadership Award-2019 and the WELL Community Award-2020. She also serves on the Sustainability Infrastructure Advisory Board of the Zofnass Program at Harvard University.

As an expert in indoor air quality and healthy buildings, she has been working with hundreds of buildings to implement WELL requirements and has been spearheading the WELL movement here in India. She is also part of the “Buildings for Health” Program with USGBC and Harvard C.T. Chan School of Public Health.

Deepa is a trained expert in conformity assessment and an internationally recognized assessor for accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories, and certifying bodies. This has helped her to establish En3 as the only Indian firm to be approved as a “WELL Performance Testing Agent” by GBCI/IWBI.
