Lilly Maniet

Architect

Lilly Maniet is an architect at GLSD Architects, a division of Geis Companies. Here she works in a design-build environment, coordinating with internal construction, design, property management, furniture, and procurement departments. Lilly has had experience with projects spanning all types, including hospitality, scientific, manufacturing, office and warehousing.

Lilly also enjoys the role as Geis’s in-house sustainability resource. As such, she is the go-to person for all questions on LEED, Green Communities, or general sustainability. She has been the LEED Administrator on several projects designed, constructed, and owned by Geis, collecting data and completing the documentation needed for LEED certification. Lilly is now also a WELL AP and is excited to have this in her toolkit to add to projects and discussions with clients.

Lilly has earned her Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design degrees from Kent State University through their Urban Design Collaborative. As part of both her graduate and undergraduate work, Lilly participated in the Kent’s study abroad program in Florence, Italy.
