As a Project Manager at stok, Jeremy implements stok’s Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Sustainability Financial Impact Analysis (SFIA) tools to support project teams. He has over seven years of financial management and project management experience, including thesis work using LCCA to uncover the economic feasibility of new construction Passive House buildings.

Jeremy has spoken at four national conferences about LCCA and developing a framework for quantifying the external benefits of high performance buildings, including productivity, retention, and occupant health and wellness. Jeremy also specializes in sustainability GHG accounting and consulting, as well as green building consulting for LEED, Living Building Challenge, and WELL Building Standard projects.

Jeremy joined stok to better demonstrate the economic benefits of sustainability initiatives through rigorous discounted cash flow models, identifying the economic value drivers on every project and demonstrating how sustainable design can support them. He has become a leader in the industry in modeling occupant impacts in high performing spaces and has since utilized his economic and occupant performance modeling tools on projects including the PG&E Real Estate Portfolio Management, Millennia High Performance Building, and numerous California Energy Commission Prop 39 Net Zero Energy Schools program projects. His project experience spans multiple building types, including commercial, multifamily residential, mixed-use, and government projects.
