Tim Beuker

After earning a dual master’s degree in Architecture and Building Technology at the Delft University of Technology, Tim Beuker joined BBA Indoor Environmental Consultancy (The Hague, The Netherlands). BBA Indoor Environmental Consultancy is a consultancy firm which provides evidence-based consultancy services on thermal comfort, indoor air quality and light. During the last 9 years, Tim has investigated health and comfort complaints in hundreds of buildings like for instance offices of the Dutch government, houses of social housing firms and schools. Due to this, Tim has a broad knowledge of thermal comfort, indoor air quality and light in practice and their effects on health and comfort. In 2016, Tim Beuker was the first WELL AP in the Netherlands. He worked as a WELL AP on projects for clients like developer OVG Real Estate, developer Delta Development and insurance company a.s.r. Recently, in 2018 Tim Beuker became the first WELL Faculty member in the Netherlands. He provided the first official WELL workshop in the Netherlands together with Delos and the Dutch Green Building Council.
