Teddy McCarthy

Principal

Teddy’s professional experience includes the design and management of projects ranging from private residences and apartments to private clubs and hotels. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, Teddy’s recent assignments include the design and construction of a private beach club in Hobe Sound, Florida Dune Deck, a 32,000 square foot waterfront development in the Hamptons, the prestigious renovation and expansion of the Annapolis Yacht Club, a new spa at the Inns of Aurora in the Finger Lakes region of New York state, and several private residences in New York City and the Hudson Valley.
