Managing Director

Tatiana Gutierrez is the managing director for Affordable Housing and Social Impact at Pretium, owner of 90,000 single family rental units. She is an affordable housing professional passionate about the intersection between technology, real estate and social impact, focused on SFR space. She has expertise in regulated affordable housing across the country and HUD programs and practiced law for 15+ years representing affordable housing developers, syndicators, public housing authorities, tenant groups and limited equity cooperatives on affordable housing transactions and HUD regulatory issues. Tatiana is deeply interested in housing policy and bringing resident voices, housing counselors, health organizations, think tanks, faith based groups, climate groups and capital to the same table to create strategies that impact and regenerate communities. She sees opportunities for innovation around emerging technologies, workforce development and humane responses to social and community needs in the 21st century.
