Stella Chen

Senior Property Manager, Property & Asset Management Services

Stella Chen joined Savills Shanghai in 2014 and is currently acting as Savills Central China BD coordinator and services consultant on China level for Sustainability Services. She also assists the expansion of Savills PM & AM Service, MDI and other value-added services across Central China markets.

From 2014 to 2019, Stella has been acting as the business development manager and is responsible for pitching new projects, serving as a contact point with key clients to help maintain client relationship. During her working in Property And Asset Management Services Department, she has successfully pitched and has been acting as a coordinator for managing more than 20 projects, such as Lippo Plaza, Westlink Square,Shanghai IKEA LIVAT,Luxury 299,Heritage,One Riviera Park,Twenty-eight thrones, etc.

Stella took the responsibility as Sustainability Services BD and Service Consultant in 2020.In her new role, she has led the team to win many landmark projects and to provide sustainability services, including LEED Consultancy Service for the Springs F1D/F1E Project,WELL HSR Consultancy Service for Luxury 299 and The Palace(two high-end residential projects) ,LEED Consultancy Service for the Oriental Finance Plaza, etc.
