Sustainability Manager

herry is a sustainability Manager for the E&S team in JLL. With strong knowledge background of building service engineering and rich working experience in real estate sustainability industry, she is specialized in building service design, indoor health and comfort, energy efficient design, energy audit, energy management as well as green and healthy building certification. Prior to joining JLL, Sherry has worked with United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) for sustainability technical project, which enriched her ability in sustainable strategies and energy management for both commercial and residential building projects.

Sherry has been involved as sustainability consultant for many green and healthy building certification projects, in particular WELL certification project across APAC region. Her duty is to lead project team to develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability solutions for clients, as well as delivering green certification projects and carrying out energy management in buildings. She is mainly responsible for developing project solution, reviewing design and other technical documents, conducting data analysis, carrying out onsite audits and performance checks. The notable projects include JLL Shanghai Headquarter (WELL & LEED Platinum, 1st WELL platinum in APAC), LinkedIn Shanghai Office (WELL Platinum and LEED Gold), JLL Seoul Office (WELL & LEED Gold), etc.
