Paul has served as the Division President of Shea Homes San Diego since 2004. Shea Homes is one of the largest active private homebuilders in the country operating over multiple geographic regions. The San Diego Division has staked a reputation of initiative design and processes with a focus on the customer experience from the initial purchase process to the home’s livability. Since Paul’s joining the Division, it has delivered over 9,800 homes to the market. The Division, along with its builder partners, is breaking ground on a Master Planned Community geared towards the wellness ethos, from outdoor design to integrated home amenities, the community will set a new benchmark in healthy living.
