Michael Stuhmer

Principal

Grew up in Las Vegas, NV and went to the University of San Diego. Co-founded a real estate tech company that helped college students find off campus housing while in college. After that, I went into investment sales specializing in retail shopping centers. I then joined Pacifica Companies - a $6b privately held real estate investment firm - to help start their commercial real estate development and acquisitions division. I left in late 2019 to start a Seneca projects - a single family build-to-rent development firm - in conjunction with Christopher Homes where our focus is on merging Health + Wellness with the built world by way of designing and developing purpose-built residential communities.
