Karl K. Mistry

Regional President

In his current position, Mr. Mistry’s responsibilities include oversight of homebuilding operations throughout Toll Brothers’ Midatlantic region. Karl joined Toll Brothers in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth, and before his move to Virginia, served as the Division President in Houston, TX. Karl is an active member of the YPO US Capital Chapter and ULI’s Real Estate Technology Council.

Karl earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M in Economics in 2002 and then graduated from Cornell University in 2004 with a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development and Finance. He and his wife, Rosemary, along with their two children, reside in Vienna, Virginia.
