John Mangano

Senior Vice President of Building Technologies

John Mangano began his career with Toll Brothers in 1987 as a Construction Manager in the Pennsylvania division and became Division President in 2000. In 2004, he led the Company’s expansion into the Orlando Market with the acquisition of the region’s largest private homebuilder.

In 2011, John was appointed Regional President to manage the Company’s operations for Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, and Minnesota, and the Company’s Golf Club and Landscape businesses. At various times for 10 years as Regional President he also oversaw the Mid-Atlantic and North Regions’ homebuilding operations.

In 2020, John was appointed Sr Vice President of Building Technologies to drive the Company’s homebuilding products, processes, and technologies. This role includes oversight of Toll Integrated Systems, the Company’s building component manufacturing operations, with five plants serving our North and Mid-Atlantic Regions. In 2021, John was also appointed oversight of the company’s Architecture business, tying innovation, design, and manufacturing together to produce distinctive and award-winning home designs nationwide.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
