Greg Tanzola

President

Greg Tanzola has over 20 years experience in the real estate development and residential construction industry and has been responsible in varying capacities for the leadership and hands-on operational management and implementation of land development, home-building, and hi-rise construction activities in the Greater Toronto Area. Greg has a reputation for developing strong and capable teams with a focus on communication, execution, and the management of risk.

Greg has recently founded Tanzola Corp.; an investment management enterprise focused on real estate and related opportunities. He is also a current member of the Advisory Board at the Sorbara Group of Companies and serves as Chair of their Audit Committee.

Greg has previously served as an Executive Director of Asset Management with Greybrook Realty Partners and as the Executive Vice President at the Sorbara Group.

Greg has been an active industry participant during his career. He has served for approximately 10 years as a Director on the Boards of RESCON (Residential Construction Council of Ontario) and the MTABA (Metro Toronto Apartment Builders Association) and has been involved in various capacities as a member of BILD, OHBA and Tarion.

Greg holds a Master of Science in Planning degree from the University of Toronto.
