American entrepreneur David Goswick is co-founder of House X World a privately held green innovation company focused on bringing scalable, sustainable, and responsible efficiencies and services to the $32 trillion-dollar residential real estate category. The company’s mission is to make every home in America a smart, healthier, zero energy home that costs less to own, operate, protect, and maintain.

House X has teamed with leading tech, wellness, energy and real estate companies to develop a consumer-focused solution providing a single marketplace for all aspects of searching for, buying, and owning a home easing the way for making households smarter, more secure, efficient, and less to own.

Goswick has a visionary track record that has been recognized with over 300 marketing and innovation awards during his 35-year career resulting in over $140 billion in collective revenue. His company served as marketing advisor for many of America’s most successful master planned communities and national builders. In addition, he created highly successful real product launches for IBM, Intel, Honeywell, AT&T and Apple. Goswick was the lead marketing advisor for the Resolution Trust Corporation, a U.S. government-owned asset management company charged with liquidating over $394 billion of assets. More recently Goswick conceived and led the execution of the first master planned community in America featuring the ease of “one-bill” of services including telephony, data, entertainment, security, video conferencing and electricity.
