Christine Marvin
Vice President of Design Strategy at Marvin
Christine Marvin is inspired by human-centered approaches to innovation and cultural evolution. She leads the Marvin Design Lab, a diverse team focused on bringing Marvin’s purpose, “to imagine and create better ways of living,” to life for design professionals and homeowners.
In 2017, Marvin established the Marvin Design Lab, committing hearts, minds and significant resources to better understand how the company can positively impact people’s well-being in indoor environments through human-centered innovation.
Christine serves as a director on the Marvin Board. A design enthusiast who is passionate about volunteering, Christine also contributes her time to several causes and non-profit organizations focused on community development and engagement as well advancement of youth in the sciences and arts. Most recently, Christine joined the WELL for Homes Advisory as a co-chair.
She earned a B.A. in psychology from Macalester College and an MBA with a concentration in integrated marketing strategy from the University of Denver. Christine was born, raised and continues to live in Warroad, Minn., with her husband, Brian Farnes – a mechanical engineer on the New Ventures team at Marvin – and their two energetic sons, George and Johnathan.
