Chad Magleby has transitioned Magleby Construction into a successful 2nd generation ownership and currently serves as President and CEO. In 2016, Chad received the National Association of Home Builders, Custom Builder of the Year Award, marking the first time in history that it was awarded to the same company twice. Under Chad’s leadership Magleby Construction has expanded into new geographic areas and business models, while still holding true to their root of being Professionals Dedicated to Building Excellence ™.
