Timothy Vassallo

Director of Research and Development

Timothy Vassallo studied architecture at The Pennsylvania State University and Pratt Institute. While working on his undergraduate degree, Tim founded Safe Space Ingenuity, Inc. the leading Floor Safety Consulting Firm in New York City. For their clients, SSI was able to provide an ongoing preventative approach to Slip and Falls with a Floor Safety Management Program including, third party testing, that could hold up in a court of law.

In 2019, Tim became one of the Founding Partners of Walkway Management Group. WMG took the proof of concept that SSI was able to provide in New York and brought it to the national scale. Today, Tim is the Director of Research and Development, at WMG responsible for National Account Consulting and the implementation of customized Floor Safety Management Programs. Tim is currently an instructor for AIA CES Continuing Education Program - How to Properly Specify a Slip Resistant Floor.
