Nan Summers encourages innovations through empowering relationships.

Reflecting on more than fifty program and service launches, many during two decades of leadership roles with the Walt Disney Company, three of my core life themes: beauty, grace and harmony, continue to weave kaleidoscope patterns throughout all life experiences. Growing up in a 4-generation musical family with a multistate business founded in 1870, I was immersed in spaces that resonated with harmonic vibrations: where I learned first-hand the profound impact of arts in healing.

My role as director of performance and vitality for the Rippe Lifestyle Institute conducting executive health assessments gave me the opportunity to positively influence leaders on the environments (both built and cultural) provided to their employees and customers.

As a Disney Imagineer and Arvida/Disney master planned community leader, all aspects of one’s sensory experience have captured my desire to create beauty in every design.

My personal life includes 21 years of family caregiving, and experience leading Emergency Preparation for Disney’s Magic Kingdom, as well as public sector disaster recovery.

I co-founded High Impact Networks to innovatively connect all ages to explore interests and contribute their unique talents, co-creating with diverse people, collectively improving their communities and the world.
