I have over 10 years of successful experience combining business development and project delivery expertise. I have effectively delivered socio-economic impact assessment studies includes social housing, culture and transport projects in Colombia and the UK (deliverables involved strong quantitative skills and the statistical analysis of national census, local, regional and national development plans and interviews with key stakeholders and decision makers and presentations to clients) and have strong stakeholders management experience, having successfully designed and implemented stakeholders’ engagement strategies for a wide variety of projects and clients ranging from the regeneration of a local park for the London Development Agency to the refurbishment and temporary resident’s relocation for a housing association and a residential developments for private developers. I am currently working as a BREEAM Assessor and WELL AP for a range of developments in the UK and I am the designated Wellbeing Champion in my company. I am aware of the significant inequalities existing in access to good, healthy buildings which COVID 19 has brought to the forefront and would welcome the opportunity to be part of the advisory team that would help identify opportunities to make healthy places available and accessible to all individuals, no matter their identity, location, background or level of ability.
