Policy Analyst

Kendra Wiley is a Policy Analyst at the District of Columbia’s Department of Energy and Environment where she provides policy support to clean energy programs and initiatives, including energy efficiency and renewable energy in new and existing buildings, transportation electrification, and actions in the Clean Energy DC Plan & Omnibus Amendment Act, to achieve the District’s clean energy and climate goals. After completing her law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law, she practiced real estate law, then transitioned into green building consulting.
