Grace Kwok

Ms Grace Kwok has over 20 years’ experience in acoustics, environmental and sustainability consultancy. She specializes in environmental impact assessment and built environmental studies for sustainable building design. As a member of HKGBC Green Building Faculty, BEAM Expert Panel and USGBC Faculty with qualifications including BEAM Pro, LEED Fellow, BREEAM AP, GBL Manager and ISAP, she has the privilege to work on the first batch of green building projects in Hong Kong. Over the years, Grace has been involved in green building projects with a total green certified gross floor area of over 8 million square meters covering various building types.

Grace has been leading the company to join IWBI as a cornerstone member since 2019. She has also been participating in various advisory groups, expert panels and standing committees of local and international green building associations, where she joins hands with the industry in promoting green and healthy buildings and raising the bar of sustainability standards and practices. Some of these advisory roles include Fitwel Asia Advisory Council, LEED Indoor Environmental Quality Technical Advisory Group, LEED Data Centers Advisory (China) Committee, USGBC Roundtable in Greater China, HKGBC Green Labelling Committee, HKGBC Communications and Membership Committee, and so on.
