Erick Goodlow

Risk Manager

Erick L Goodlow was raised, and still resides, in the Historic Rondo Neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN. Erick graduated from the oldest High School in MN (St. Paul Central) and was one of the FIRST 10 Alan Page Education Foundation Scholarship recipients. Erick earned a B.A. in Management & Communications from Hamline University, and established his first business Rock Hard Productions. He earned a Joint MA in Public Admin/Urban & Regional Studies from MN State University Mankato. After several years in the public sector, Erick joined Medtronic, starting out in Operations & Customer Service to his current role in Corporate Legal and Risk. Erick is also a founding Partner of 4RM+ULA, LLP architectural and design firm, whose projects include Central Corridor, Target Field Station, Better Futures and US Bank Stadium. Erick remains active in the Community by volunteering and participating on municipal and nonprofit boards (Fairway Foundation, Oxford Community center, YWCA, and City of Saint Paul’s Planning, Zoning and Park and Rec). Erick has three children Erick II, Daevon, and Emory. A lover of sports, music and a professional DJ, Erick has a passion for being a positive mentor and role model to all.
