Elena Bondareva

Founder & CEO

Elena Bondareva (MA, BS: Cornell University; WELL AP, WELL PTA) is a versatile executive, strategist, and a seasoned transformation leader with a solid international track record of systems change at project, organization, industry, and topic level; the focus of her consulting practice, Vivit Group Worldwide. Elena has held public, private, teaching and Board roles in Australia, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, India, and the US, and helped establish over 20 for- and non-profit ventures advancing a regenerative future around the world. This includes four Green Building Councils and the Living Future Institute of Australia.

Elena currently lives in San Francisco (U.S.) and serves on the Board of Pollinate Group 501©(3), an award-winning social enterprise, and of BLOOM Workforce Development Inc. 501( C ) (3), a formidable economic launchpad for the most disadvantaged; and as a mentor with ProspectSV and the Miller Center for Social Enterprise. Elena has served IWBI’s two Global Advisories (Health Safety and Health Equity) as well as on the Advisory Board for Greenbuild’s Health & Wellness Summit (two terms).
